1. About Us

This website is operated by Nova Line Detailing Co. ("Nova Line", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Ordering

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering a binding contract. All orders are subject to product availability.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched and we send you a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but any change will not affect orders already placed.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards. We do not store your full card details.

4. Bundle Discounts and Promotions

Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on the number of qualifying items in your basket. Discount tiers are: 2+ items: 5% off; 3+ items: 10% off; 4+ items: 15% off; 5+ items: 20% off.

Only one promotional code can be applied per order. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Free standard UK shipping is available on orders over £50. International orders may be subject to additional charges and local customs duties.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We also offer an extended 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@novaline.co.uk. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the return.

We cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is faulty or not as described.

7. Product Use and Safety

All Nova Line products must be used in accordance with the instructions on the label and any accompanying safety data sheets. Misuse of products may cause damage to your vehicle or personal injury. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use.

Keep all products out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Nova Line Detailing Co. and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Line Detailing Co. excludes all liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
